As you already know, Space X will begin construction of a billion dollar launch site in our area. It is our desire as educators to spark the science curiosity of our students in the career areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM).
Science Galaxy Xploration consists of the following:
*2 hour science share fairs where teachers create 5-15 min science and technology hands-on activities for our audience which will include students, teachers, their families, and community members.
*Community STEM outreach at local schools, universities, and community events.
*Robotic Workshops for teachers and female students coming in the Summer 2015.
